Expert Osteopathy for All Ages

I specialise in treating trapped nerves, neck pain, back pain and sciatica using a personalised mix of manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques and joint manipulation. My approach focuses on careful treatment and tailored rehabilitation for a faster recovery.

As a registered osteopath, I adhere to the regulations of the General Osteopathic Council to ensure high professional standards. I stay up to date with the latest research through ongoing professional development and I regularly attend general medical and orthopaedic workshops.

I offer flexible appointment times, a complete range of osteopathic care available including sport injuries, and the treatment of people of all ages.

I qualified as a registered osteopath in 2003 from the London School of Osteopathy and later contributed to teaching and examining students in osteopathic techniques. With over 20 years of experience, I have refined my experience in musculoskeletal conditions, treating a wide range of patients - from athletes recovering from injuries to elderly individuals improving mobility.

In addition to my osteopathic work, I have over 30 years experience working within private hospitals within the clinical pathology field, working in biochemistry, haematology and microbiology.
