Expert Osteopathy for All Ages

I have a particular interest in trapped nerves, neck pain, back pain and sciatica using a tailored combination of manual therapy techniques including soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques and joint manipulation. I treat my patients with care and formulate individual rehabilitation for a speedier recovery.

As a registered osteopath, I am bound by the conditions of the General Osteopathic Council which exist to protect the public by regulating the profession and by monitoring standards. Continual professional development ensures I keep abreast of the latest research and thinking into osteopathic and clinical medicine and I regularly attend general medical and orthopaedic workshops.

I offer a range of appointment times, a complete range of osteopathic care available including sport injuries, and the treatment of people of all ages.

I qualified as a registered osteopath in 2003 from the London School of Osteopathy, where I studied clinical and osteopathic medicine. Following my degree I returned to the LSO and assisted with the teaching and examining of undergraduate students in osteopathic evaluation and technique. I have built my experience for over 20 years to refine my expertise in musculoskeletal conditions in all aspects of osteopathy. I enjoy treating patients of all ages with varying problems, from helping an athlete overcome a sports injury or an elderly patient to improve their mobility.

Adding to my clinical knowledge, I have over 30 years experience working within private hospitals within the clinical pathology field, working in biochemistry, haematology and microbiology.
